1. Agreement and eligibility
By using VA Claims Brain, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. What the service does
VA Claims Brain is an independent educational and self-help tool. It can help you organize information, identify possible evidence gaps, improve the readability of your own words without intentionally changing their meaning, review decision-letter text, and create downloadable drafts. It does not file a claim, represent you, diagnose you, practice medicine or law, or decide eligibility.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the truth, completeness, and final review of everything you enter, accept, download, or share. Do not submit false, exaggerated, misleading, unlawful, or third-party confidential information. Confirm all extracted facts and AI-assisted wording against original records before relying on them.
4. Prohibited sensitive data
Do not provide Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, home addresses, VA file numbers, financial-account numbers, payment-card data, passwords, access tokens, or identity-document numbers. The service does not need them. Automated detection is imperfect, so you must review and redact material before upload.
5. No professional relationship or guaranteed result
Use of the service does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, representative, or government relationship. No outcome, rating, benefit, deadline result, accuracy level, availability level, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised. Seek a VA-accredited representative for claims help and a qualified clinician for medical questions.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful personal self-help. You may not probe or bypass security, access another person’s information, overload the service, automate abusive account creation, reverse engineer protected systems, introduce malicious files, or use outputs to deceive any person or agency.
7. AI-assisted outputs
AI and deterministic software can be incomplete or wrong. Suggested wording must use only your text and confirmed facts, but you must still accept, edit, or reject it. Do not treat an output as a medical opinion, nexus opinion, legal conclusion, or prediction of a VA decision.
8. Accounts, suspension, and deletion
You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and sign-in links. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve service integrity. You can delete your workspace, files, exports, and account using available account controls.
9. Service changes and availability
The service may change, pause, or discontinue. Official forms, rules, and source pages can change. Check linked official sources and current deadlines independently. If these Terms materially change, current account holders may be required to accept a new version before continued use.
10. Disputes and applicable law
Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Mandatory consumer-protection and privacy laws continue to apply. The operator may publish an updated governing-law, venue, and formal-notice provision after qualified legal review, and account holders may be required to accept that updated version.
